How do I get from Classic to a Pro account?+
Four stages: Classic, Earn, Grow, Pro. Pass Classic once and your weekly rewards start the day you pass. On a $50,000 or $100,000 account Vanta can move you up to Grow, where your rewards pay double, and on to a Pro account of up to $1,000,000 with your split unchanged.
How does the Classic evaluation work?+
One step. Reach the 10% target on a simulated account inside two 5% loss limits, both on equity: 5% below your starting balance at any time, and 5% below start-of-day equity (UTC). No time limit, no minimum days, no consistency rule.
How are rewards paid?+
Weekly, by bank transfer in USD or USDC onchain, at your split, 100% by default. Every reward is on the public ledger, and USDC rewards are verifiable onchain. A payout never reduces your equity or moves a breach threshold.
What is a Pro account?+
A promotion at Vanta's discretion, offered on $50,000 and $100,000 accounts at no additional cost: up to $1,000,000 in demo capital and more buying power. Pro has its own rulebook: at least 90 days, a 6% target, a 1.75 Calmar ratio, 5% daily and 8% end-of-day trailing loss limits.
Do I keep getting paid during the Pro challenge?+
Yes, and they double. For the length of the Pro challenge your weekly reward is your Pro account's return, applied to your Classic account size, then doubled — a 100% bonus. A soft breach during the challenge does not stop them. On funded Pro, a soft breach defers a reward; it never forfeits it.
What happens when I am promoted?+
Promotion only comes after you pass Classic on a $50,000 or $100,000 account, and it is Vanta's call. Promoted? You move to Pro. Close your Classic positions and start the Pro challenge straight away, or first take a one-week grace period in which you can only reduce or close them. Anything still open at the end of the week is closed, and rewards earned that week are paid. Your weekly rewards double for the length of the Pro challenge.
What happens if I fail Grow or Pro?+
If you fail Grow, the Pro challenge, you return through Classic with a fresh account and 50% off your next Classic evaluation; pass again and you go back to Grow. If a funded Pro account breaches, you return through Classic, and passing again takes you straight back to Pro, with no Pro challenge.
Which split should I choose?+
Whichever economics you want. 100/0 is the default. 60/40 is the lowest fee. Your split travels with you to Pro and does not change.
